Will my account number and password with IBFX remain the same?
If your account has had a balance or has been funded in the last 60 days (before 5pm EST on Friday 12/9/2011) you will be able to use the same account number. If not, your account has been closed and you can easily re-apply for a new account from the website www.ibfx.com .

Why did TradeStation buy Interbank FX?

What do I need to do to continue using my account with you?
NFA rules require that you acknowledge this risk disclosure within 60 days of the account transfer (which occurred on December 9, 2011). You should have received notification of this requirement via email and standard mail.

Will you still be using MT4, TradeStation’s platform, or both?
Interbank FX accounts will continue to use MetaTrader 4.

Can I trade my Interbank FX account on the TradeStation platform?

Yes, competitive spreads and great execution speeds will continue.

Will operating or trading hours change?
Will you finally begin to open at 5 p.m. EST USA on Sundays like other forex brokers? Currently no planned changes regarding our operating or trading hours.

TradeStation offers many products besides forex. Will I be able to trade the additional products that TradeStation offers from Interbank FX MT4?
Interbank FX will continue to offer forex products, no other products or instruments will be available on Interbank FX’s MT4 platform at this time.

What is this new Risk Disclosure from TradeStation?
It is a requirement by our regulator. NFA rules require that you acknowledge this risk disclosure before February 12, 2012.

What actions do I need to take to close my account, because I do not want to work with a company I am not familiar with?
To close your account, sign in to the website ww.ibfx.com and click on the Withdraw tab. Request your withdrawal and select the option to close the account.

I see that TradeStation requires a $2,000 minimum to open a forex account. Will Interbank FX initial deposit requirements change?
No; new account requirements will not change.
