Stevie® Award Winners to Be Honored June 12 in New York City
Salt Lake City, May 20, 2008 – On the heels of more than 128 percent growth in 2007, IBFX (www.IBFX.com), a leading provider of online foreign currency (Forex) trading, today announced that for the second time in as many years, the company has been named as a finalist for three 2008 American Business Awards.
The Stevie Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors recognized IBFX in the three following categories:
- Best Chairman - Todd Crosland, IBFX Chairman & President
- Best Marketing Executive - Marilyn McDonald, IBFX Marketing Director
- Best New Product or Service - IBFX U
More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories, including Best Overall Company, Best Executive, Best New Product or Service, Best Corporate Social Responsibility Program, and new categories including Best Management Team and Best Corporate Environmental Responsibility Program.
Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs will select Stevie Award winners from among Finalists in final judging during the week of May 19. Finalists were chosen by business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April through early May.
Stevie winners will be announced during a gala event at New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel on Thursday, June 12, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. More than 600 executives from across the U.S. are expected to attend. The ceremonies will be broadcast on radio nationwide by the Business TalkRadio Network and hosted by Liz Claman of FOX Business Network.
IBFX was recently honored by Shares magazine as the Best Foreign Exchange Broker for 2007.
